Returns and replacement policy:

If your JOI KinderTab shows signs of hardware failure or fails to operate properly, please contact Myteach Support within 7 calendar days of the delivery order date. You may choose to return your JOI KinderTab to Myteach, and our Support Team will determine whether your JOI KinderTab is faulty out of the box and arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to you at no extra charge.
 
If the JOI KinderTab is found to be not faulty, Myteach reserves the right to send the same unit back to you. A RM20 administration fee will be charged and you would need to bear all associated shipping costs for us to return the unit to you.

 
Terms and Conditions:

  1. You will need to present your proof of purchase (invoice number and delivery note).
  2. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with the original packaging and all the cables, adapters and documentations that were included when you received it.
  3. Replacement units are subject to stock availability.
  4. You must send the faulty unit to us within 7 calendar days of the delivery order date. For example: If our delivery order is dated 2 Sept 2014, you can either (1) personally bring it to our office, (2) send it via courier service, on or before 9 Sept 2014.
  5. Myteach will repair or replace authorised returns with functionality equivalent products. Replacements carry the greater of: original warranty balance or 30 days.
  6. Myteach does not offer refunds for any purchases.

Only replacement units will be provided.

Return instructions:

  1. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with the original packaging and all the cables, adapters, documentations, and free gifts that were included when you received it.
  2. Call for courier service pick-up, such as Ta-Q-Bin (1800-882-7246), or you may choose any other courier service provider that you prefer. Retain the waybill along with any payment receipt and the tracking number.
  3. Send the waybill, payment receipt and tracking number to Myteach via email (support@myteach360.com) or fax (03-8066 7446).
  4. Alternatively, you may drop-off your KinderTab at our office for troubleshooting.
